Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning, also known as WAR, is a Massively Multiplayer Online Roleplaying Game (MMORPG[Wikipedia]) under development by EA Mythic, licensing the Warhammer Fantasy[Wikipedia] world and characters from Games Workshop[Wikipedia].

Set in a fantasy world of magic and mayhem, WAR details the epic struggle between the forces of Order and Destruction in the world of Warhammer Fantasy. Players assume the role of one of six races and join the other 2 races of their force against the remaining 3. WAR contains large amounts of both PvE and PvP/RvR content.
WAR is set outside of the mainstream Warhammer Fantasy world developed by Games Workshop, and takes place in a newly developed setting known as the Age of Reckoning, which establishes the iconic Warhammer themes and imagery in an environment suitable for a MMORPG.

WAR is developed exclusively for the PC, at least initially. And while developers have hinted that they are considering an XBOX 360 version, it is beyond dispute that no servers will ever be available to more than one platform at a time.
